Pilates is a healthy lifestyle. Through Pilates, we offer our bodies a sense of well-being incomparable to other disciplines. There’s no break, no vacation. Pilates can be practiced despite fatigue after a day’s work, during convalescence, in times when we’re not in the mood, or even in the case of back pain that can prevent us from moving freely.
