Online sessions via videoconference (Zoom) are available; however, a minimum level of experience is required for participants.

Private “Tailor-Made”
The advantage of a private Pilates class is that it offers better support. It allows you to progress at your own pace while practicing more in-depth exercises. Private classes are also ideal for people with health problems, or simply those who want to achieve their goals faster.
In our Pilates classes in Geneva, Pilates equipment is combined with matwork exercises, providing you with a solid foundation that makes it easier to apply the exercises in your daily life.
02.
Personalized Duo
An ideal option for anyone wishing to share their Pilates classes in Geneva with a family member or friend, and thus benefit from instruction at a more affordable price! Duo classes are conducted like Private classes, using Pilates equipment and matwork exercises. Depending on the participants’ preferences, a variation in the use of Pilates equipment can be offered. To ensure the quality of Duo classes, it is essential that both partners be of a similar level.
03.
Friendly trio
Our Pilates classes in Geneva bring together high-quality teaching and group dynamics. Participants work in groups of three on Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, and Spine Corrector) and perform floor exercises (Matwork) together.
Those wishing to take Pilates classes in a trio must have previous experience of the Pilates method, and in particular know how to use Pilates equipment and perform basic exercises.
04.
Matwork
Matwork classes are based on a series of floor exercises for beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced levels. By incorporating small accessories such as a ball, magic circle, foam roller, or resistance band, the exercises are felt more effectively in terms of muscle engagement, and posture is improved during the movements.
At our Pilates studio in Geneva, Matwork classes are taught in small groups of no more than 5 to 6 participants to ensure effective practice and complete safety.
