Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

1) Dress Code<\/strong><\/p>\n

Comfortable clothing is recommended. For hygiene reasons, socks are mandatory at all times, both in summer and winter. If needed, a towel can be provided by the studio.<\/p>\n

2) Validity of Packages<\/strong><\/p>\n

Classes must be paid in advance.
10-class packages are valid for 4 months from the date of the first class. Beyond 4 months from the first class, any remaining sessions will be considered lost and non-refundable (except in special cases).
All purchased packages are non-refundable. Any decision to discontinue a package is the responsibility of the client. However, if the client becomes unable to practice physical activity during the validity period, the package may be transferred to a third party.<\/p>\n

3) Class Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the proper management of the MB Studio Pilates schedule, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time, regardless of the reason. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be charged.<\/p>\n

4) Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the rates in effect at the time the package is purchased.<\/p>\n

5) Duo Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n

These classes may be mixed.
If your partner cancels less than 24 hours in advance, their session will be deducted from their package, and you will benefit from a private class at the duo rate.<\/p>\n

6) Duo and Trio Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n

These mixed classes are scheduled on fixed days and times. Booking is therefore required. A minimum of 2 participants is necessary for the class to take place. In other words, if 2 participants cancel in advance and only one person remains, MB Studio Pilates is obliged to cancel the session for the client who is left alone.<\/p>\n

7) Delays<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, delays cannot be made up in order to avoid disrupting the following sessions. (Example: if someone arrives 10 minutes late, their class will be shortened accordingly.)<\/p>\n

8) Damages and Incidents<\/strong><\/p>\n

MB Studio Pilates cannot be held responsible for any kind of damage\u2014material, immaterial, or physical\u2014that may result from not following the safety instructions provided during MB Studio Pilates services.<\/p>\n
