Pilates : Keeping children in good posture

“Sit up straight, keep your back straight, stop slouching…” These are phrases often heard by children. The Pilates method pays special attention to the back, particularly that of children. It helps them learn to improve their posture and correct bad habits, starting as early as age 6.

Children first become aware of their posture to develop the right habits for improvement. The exercises are playful and easy to perform.
