Pilates to relieve sciatica

Our Pilates classes stretch and relax leg and lower back muscles. By engaging the deep muscles, and striving for self-expansion of the spine, we will reduce the pressure on the vertebrae and discs. This is followed by a range of exercises to improve mobility in the hips and the rest of the body. By regularly practicing a few specific
